Stephen Ewald of Milford was arrested and charged with trespassing Sunday by Milford Police after they received a call from the store that Ewald had returned to the store located on Boston Post Road, police said.
When officers arrived at the store, they learned that Ewald had been banned from the property on Aug. 9, but had returned earlier in the day, police said.
Ewald, who was arrested at his home, was released on a promise to appear ticket.
